Hiring is where cafe owners and managers post job openings.

Who can post

• Only Cafe owners and managers can create a job posting. If you're just browsing, you can still read every listing and apply.

How to post a job

Use the structured form and fill in:

1. Job title (e.g. "Barista — weekends").
2. Type — Full-time or Part-time.
3. Location — auto-filled from your store; edit if needed.
4. Compensation — Hourly or Salary, plus the amount/range.
5. Contact — email or phone (at least one).
6. Description — responsibilities, schedule, requirements.

How applications work

• Applicants apply in-app (first/last name, email, LinkedIn, experience, a short note, and an optional résumé).
• You'll see every applicant in your hiring inbox with a notification, and can open each application's detail.

Please don't

• No discriminatory requirements or language.
• Keep it to real cafe/coffee-industry roles.
